I'll never be able to afford braces.....

Well, you won't need to rob a bank to afford braces for you or your family members. It is our office policy to provide you with a convenient payment plan whether you have insurance or not.

INSURANCE...

Dental insurance is an important part of many dental payment plans. We will file and accept payments from any "freedom of choice" insurance plan that covers orthodontics. You must provide a signed insurance claim from your insurance carrier to our office to expedite the initial filing of your insurance claim.

The usual procedure for filing for insurance benefits and payment is:

Submit a completed preauthorization insurance form which includes diagnostic information and treatment start date.
Insurance companies normally pay an initial fee, followed by regular payments until successful completion of treatment or the lifetime maximum for orthodontics is met, whichever comes first.

Please remember that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can with your insurance problems.
